[email protected]The exhaust gas undergoes a primary heat exchange, and the heat provided by the combustion unit, combined with the heat released from the oxidation and decomposition of the solvent itself, raises the temperature inside the furnace to 750-800℃, where it remains for 1-2 seconds, ultimately achieving a destruction efficiency of 99.8%.
▶ Structure
Preheating Device:
The oxidation furnace needs to be heated to over 700 degrees Celsius to start the oxidation reaction. The system requires a large amount of heat, and by using a preheating heat exchanger and utilizing the heat from the high-temperature exhaust gas at the outlet of the oxidation furnace, fuel consumption can be significantly reduced.
Automatic Temperature Control:
The temperature for the oxidation reaction can be set as needed, and the PLC automatically adjusts the burner output to maintain the temperature based on the furnace temperature.
▶ Features
Applicable flow rate range: 2,000 to 55,000 Nm³/h of high-concentration waste gas
Extremely high thermal energy utilization rate: The internal heat utilization rate of the system reaches 76%
Heat recovery system: Used for air, water, oil, steam, and for absorption refrigeration equipment
Low energy consumption: When the concentration of organic matter in the waste gas is high, the burner output is reduced, requiring only a small amount of external fuel for heating.
Low equipment operating cost and simple maintenance

▶ FAQ
How do we choose the right type of dust removal equipment?
When selecting dust removal equipment, factors such as dust concentration, particle size, gas temperature, humidity, air volume, spatial layout, and industry characteristics should be considered. For example, a spray paint shop might choose a cartridge dust collector, while a cement plant would be more suitable for a bag filter or electrostatic dust collector. We recommend contacting a technical engineer for an on-site assessment and air volume calculation to ensure efficient and stable system operation.
Does the dust removal equipment require frequent manual intervention during operation?
No. Modern dust removal equipment is typically equipped with a fully automatic control system that enables scheduled cleaning, pressure differential feedback cleaning, and remote monitoring. Operators only need to regularly inspect the equipment's operating status and clean the dust collection box, significantly reducing manual intervention. Filter media replacement is also very simple, resulting in low O&M costs.
Will the dust collection system cause excessive noise or air loss?
Noise control and airflow optimization are incorporated into the equipment design. The fan is designed to be low-noise and can be fitted with a soundproof enclosure to effectively control operating noise. Furthermore, appropriate air volume calculation and sealing structure ensure that the dust removal process does not cause significant negative pressure or air loss in the workshop environment, improving air quality.
